Lucy studied Psychology at Warwick University before becoming a children’s magazine editor. Her first bestselling book, His Other Lover, was published in 2008. Since then she has published four other novels and her work has been translated into numerous other languages. She lives in Exeter with her husband and children.

Georgia Maguire is a LAMDA-trained British actress working extensively in theatre, film and TV. Her TV credits include Patrick Melrose, Modern Horror Stories, The Stand-Up Sketch Show, Theresa vs Boris, The Halcyon, Birds of a Feather and Doctors, among many others. She has appeared in a number of films, including Love Me Till Monday, Captain Webb and Razors. Theatre includes The Dover Road, Laburnum Grove, Hay Fever and As You Like It. She narrates a rich and varied range of audiobooks and was nominated for a 2018 Audie Award for her work on The Breakdown.
