I played it to go to sleep to. I train for sports but my wife does not. I wanted to use it to relax and be positive. the next morning my wife got up and ran on the treadmill which was collecting dust without any prompting. We both ate far better also. We are not on a diet or keep fit mad moment, I painted the kitchen done my planned run plus a swim and went to work with a positive mindset. I found myself drinking only 2 cups of tea 1 coffee all day. hoping for a longer deeper sleep tonight.

Listened for the 1st time when i tried to listen again could only get the last 18 seconds. Tried every evrthing and didn't know who to conact. Did my money i think.
