So far I've only listened to the free sample and have asked Gemini to list a summary of the content of the book " good vibes, good life" and so far I highly appreciate the content. and thank it is a good audio to listen to on my headphones - even when I'm out and about and focus maybe in between on something else just to have encouraging words spoken into my ears refocusing my thoughts back on positivity. to doing so over several weeks could contribute to shifting one's mindset in general to a more positive mindset. even though I think it's a good idea to consider this book only as one puzzle piece of such a project.

Book is amazing .... very nice n simple to understand everything .. most important don't buy this book from here, it's available on old Books shop which is locate near by station . price of book is 100 rupees.
