The Three Green Twigs is a German fairy tale collected by German brothers, academics, linguists, and cultural researchers Wilhelm and Jacob Grimm under number 206 in Grimm's Fairy Tales. They were among the best-known storytellers of folk tales, and popularized stories such as "Cinderella", "Hansel and Gretel", "Rapunzel" and "Snow White".The story tells us about a very devout hermit that managed to criticize God’s judgment upon him when he looks at a guy that was going to be hung and thinks he deserves it.
