About the author
Stuart Jeffries was for many years on the staff of the Guardian, working as subeditor, TV critic, Friday Review editor, and Paris correspondent. He now works as a freelance writer. He is the author of Mrs Slocombe's Pussy: Growing Up in Front of the Telly and Grand Hotel Abyss: The Lives of the Frankfurt School.
Jonathan Cowley is a British voice actor who calls Los Angeles home. He has received AudioFile Earphones Awards for his narration of The Science of Evil by Simon Baron-Cohen, The Tower, the Zoo and the Tortoise by Julia Stuart, and The Angry Chef's Guide to Spotting Bullsh*t in the World of Food by Anthony Warner.
