Utilizing a centering technique sometimes referred to as 5-4-3-2-1 (which engages the 5 senses as a way to connect with the present moment), Slow Down, Busy Bee introduces the concept of mindfulness in an accessible, fun, and engaging way. The story also introduces the always-buzzing Busy Bee, his home in a pristine wildflower meadow, and the meadow's wise old bee - who serves as Busy Bee's mindful mentor.
