lean este libro mis amigos. La autodisciplina es la piedra angular del éxito para todos. Sin ella, nuestras posibilidades de obtener lo que queremos de la vida disminuyen y pasamos por la vida sin llegar a las alturas que nos propusimos. Existen numerosos aspectos para ser autodisciplinado, que incluyen cuidar nuestra salud física y mental, mientras que incorporar hábitos en nuestras rutinas diarias ayuda mucho. saludos.

Me gusta mucho cuando leen los libro de una manera intrigante e interesante, hace que el libro no sea aburrido ni agotador, la disciplina es muy importante para nuestra vida y hay que aplicarla en todo momento ya que eso dice mucho de nosotros. En general está muy bien y lo recomiendo demasiado, debemos ponerle disciplina a nuestra vida cotidiana!
