She received her BFA in writing, literature, and publishing from Emerson College, and her MFA in creative writing from San Francisco's California College of the Arts. Secret Rules to being a Rockstar is her debut novel. She currently lives in Venice Beach, California.
Amanda Dolan is a New York City-based actor. She has an MFA from Brown University and tries to put it to good use as often as she can. In addition to acting, Amanda works as a theater educator and a musician.
