About this audiobook

This is a book with 12 separate books in it. The titles relate to these topics:

Topic 1: Many people have heard of Hygge, but most of them don’t know how to incorporate it into their lifestyle. Hygge is based on comfort, warmth in the winter, and simple designs that reflect a homy, cozy feeling.

Topic 2: This book takes into consideration the many effects of the various essential oils that are available on the market today. It goes over some excellent utilizations of these oils for someone’s mental and physical health. For example, which essential oils help you sleep better? Which ones reduces anxiety? And which ones can elevate your mood?

Topic 3: Are you mindful of your surroundings?

Do you want to enjoy the present better?

These are things you can enjoy with the help of Zen, which refers to peace of mind and relaxation, in most cases. When you are at work, when you are trying to be more forgiving in an intense relationship, or when you are stressed out too much... Zen can be the principle of living that can pull you through.

Topic 4: Minimalism has become a popular topic, and not for nothing! Minimalism lies at the core of a life filled with more contentment and inner peace. Many people have attested to this fact, and it is for that reason why this guide has been put together to enlighten you about the many advantages that minimalism has.

If you're looking for a book on this particular subject, just get this one. I hope you take my thoughts seriously, as I endorse this audio book to you. This deserved my time. Finally, a narrated book which gave me what I expected. One more detail: The storyteller seemed so good that I would most likely listen to it again. Perhaps even more than just one time. I simply cannot remember everything that's being said in all these audio books, so it would be worth reminding myself of what was being mentioned.

If I would have to summarize it, it will be in 1 term: Wonderful! It may perhaps have had a couple of errors, but they didn't subtract anything from the awesome info that this specific audiobook contains. You can discover a lot. I know I did. Not only did this audiobook seem like it was excellent quality, but it also taught me essential aspects of life, and about this idea in particular, obviously. So, it definitely deserves a couple of hard-earned stars.
