About this audiobook

Most people don't realize the incredible power of the human brain and what it is capable of doing.

But there is a catch, the brain must be exercised in a specific way for it to coincide and correlate with your desired outcome and how you would like to use it. You will discover key strategies and exercises that will help you change your brain and mold it specifically to think the way you want it to and to accomplish what you want it to. This book is specifically arranged in chapters that must be followed in chronological order. This is important since specific areas of your intelligence must be improved first in order to produce the best results.

In this book, here is a preview of what you'll learn…

·       Improving your brain

·       Exercise and your brain

·       Recommended brain exercises

·       How to perform popular brain exercises

·       Food for your brain

This book revealed some really successful tips and exercises for brain training. I’m totally sure of the ‘stop cognitive decline’ part, since obviously I don’t think I would know about it even if it happened. This book for me was just a really good manual to improve my brain functions. The brain fog and brain focus chapters are very essential and informative.

It is a pity, because there is a promess in this brain training thing. I most certainly believe in the concept that what governs your failure and success is your mind. In large measure, your body just responds to what your mind thinks is possible, and prepares you to make possible.

There are also plenty of suggestions in here that I will follow for sure, many of them are simple to add to a daily routine yet can see how effective they will be for me.
