Romero is a legendary American filmmaker and screenwriter whose fifteen directorial credits include the horror classics Night of the Living Dead (1968), Dawn of the Dead (1978), and Day of the Dead (1985). The New York Times named Dawn of the Dead as one of “The Best 1,000 Movies Ever Made.”
