Logan's much-reproduced painting Circe, and the inspiration for his classic children's book, Hermine in Cloud-Land. But Ralston was a novelist and artist in her own right, though her writing is no longer in print and her most radical painting, My Death, deemed too unsettling-malevolent even-to be shown in public. Over the months that follow, Ralston proves an astonishingly cooperative subject, even as her biographer uncovers eerie resonances between the older woman's history and her own. Lisa Tuttle was born and raised in Texas and moved to Britain in the 1980s. Her first novel, Windhaven, cowritten with George R. R. Martin, was followed by a dozen fantasy, science fiction, and horror adult and YA novels, and hundreds of award-winning short stories collected in several volumes. She lives in Scotland.
Hillary Huber is a multiple Audie Award finalist, an AudioFile Earphones Award winner, and an AudioFile Best Voice. She has recorded over 550 titles, spanning many genres.
Amy Gentry is the author of the novels Good as Gone, a New York Times Notable Book; Last Woman Standing; and Bad Habits. She is also a nonfiction writer whose work has appeared in the Chicago Tribune, Salon, and the Paris Review. She lives in Austin, Texas.
