Skyy is a writer from Memphis. Her first novel, Choices, was released in 2007, and quickly gained popularity within both the gay and lesbian community and the urban fiction community. She enjoys blurring the lines between lesbian and straight communities by focusing on the striking commonalities of loving and living as an African American woman in urban America. In Skyy’s spare time, she enjoys traveling, going to conventions, and quiet time at home.
Nikki Rashan (1972–2015) was the author of You Make Me Wanna, and Cyber Case, and Double Pleasure, Double Pain. In a suspenseful yet humorous manner, Nikki shared honest, moving stories that brought light to lesbian love. She was featured in Milwaukee Magazine and Swerv Magazine, among others, and participated in the GayNeighbor.org campaign, which helped promote awareness and visibility of LGBT families throughout Southeastern Wisconsin. Nikki shared her coming out story on The Oprah Winfrey Show in 2004.
Jamaican-born Fiona Zedde currently lives and writes in Atlanta, Georgia. She is the author of several novellas and novels of lesbian love and desire, including the Lambda Literary Award finalists Bliss and Every Dark Desire. Her novel, Dangerous Pleasures, was winner of the About.com Readers’ Choice Award for Best Lesbian Novel or Memoir of 2012. Her short fiction has appeared in various anthologies including the Cleis Press Best Lesbian Erotica series, Wicked: Sexy Tales of Legendary Lovers, Iridescence: Sensuous Shades of Lesbian Erotica, and Fist of the Spider Woman. Writing under the name “Fiona Lewis,” she has also published a novel of young adult fiction called Dreaming in Color with Tiny Satchel Press.
