I'm having such a great time reading it and learning about OMAD and the different methods to do it and its health benefits. I've done some kinds of intermittent fasting before, but never did more reading on it. I love the meal suggestions, and the easy conversational (yet informative and knowledgeable) voice of the author.. Definitely going to try out this diet!

An ok read about eating one meal a day to lose weight; there's no hidden secret, it's just another way to create a calorie deficit which the author explains. This guide is written in a very casual, conversational way, not a bad thing but to me that makes it just an ok book. Information is straight forward but the jokes throughout take away from it

This is book will explain everything you need to know about OMAD and is a must read for anyone interested in an intermittent fasting lifestyle. I've read several IF books and this is the best. The author has clearly done his research. Full of scientific data and information that is easy to understand.
