I love using this book when working with clients. It allows them to feel their feelings and connect to how their bodies show them what they're feeling and experiencing. A wonderful tool.

This is a wonderful book about embodiment in psychotherapy. You don't need a deep understanding of IFS in order to benefit from reading this. Any therapist wanting to bring a more embodied approach to their work will find this helpful.
