About the author

Judith Hanson Lasater, PhD, PT, has taught yoga since 1971. She is one of the founders of Yoga Journal magazine and president emeritus of the California Yoga Teachers Association. Her books include Relax and Renew: Restful Yoga for Stressful Times and Restore and Rebalance: Yoga for Deep Relaxation.

A graduate of NYU's Tisch School of the Arts, Devon Sorvari has traveled extensively across the country, performing in everything from Shakespeare and musical theater to Gilmore Girls and a Hellraiser movie. Her audiobooks have earned multiple AudioFile Earphones Awards and an Audie Award nomination.
