I fell in love with the nonverbal communication section and I get back often to check it out. I believe that one of the most effective forms of communication is the nonverbal, where you can communicate what you desire without the need to spit out words to be convincing. On the other parts, my communication skills have improved significantly, and I'm the one coaching some students how to communicate and express thier opinions without timidity, anxiety or shyness. Highly recommended audiobook.

Empathy is one of the best things you can practice in the workplace. I realized that showing empathy also means understanding how they feel and how they are affected by different factors including ones not related to work. Showing that you care makes them open-up and you just give them a listening ear. A good listener is also a good conversationalist and people often remember the talk you have even if all you do is listen. This guide is a gold and I will recommend it to my coworkers.
