About the author
Jennifer M. Jukanovich is managing partner of Ambactus Global Solutions. She also serves as a faculty member and nonprofit-board coach at the M.J. Murdock Charitable Trust. She was previously vice president for student life at Gordon College in Wenham, Massachusetts.
Russell W. West is a certified executive coach and CEO of The Emergence Group, which has worked broadly with nonprofits, universities, and businesses. His clients have included Advent Health, the Salvation Army, and Habitat for Humanity.
Henriette Zoutomou has been a resident of Atlanta, Georgia, since graduating from Emory University in 2013 with a BA in sociology and minor in French. A voice actor for over five years, she has narrated audiobooks in a variety of genres alongside work in the commercial, eLearning, and podcast spaces.
