I personally loved this as a science nerd, myth busting geek and martial artist and scientist. It's a bit scattered and gets a bit deeper into sports medicine than fighting physics per se and I was hoping for more strike physics, defense physics and general efficiency. Overall some good topics to rely on to create effective combat strategies but a lot left for me that it didn't uncover. 4 stars for me but in general it's probably a 3 star for others.

He is the inventor on eight patent applications for data science and modeling in the financial services industry.
