When a massive fire broke out somewhere, firefighters come and extinguish the fire. When a terrorist attack occurs somewhere, police or elite forces arrive and eliminate the terrorists. Similarly, when a person develops any kind of diseases, goes to the doctor for treatment. There are so many examples of living in a fully developed and conducive society. But, at this, a question may flash into the mind who is working to make our society better and convenient? The answer is a government. Of course, a government calls for perfect management and impeccable administration skills.
