His tent was pitched on the edge of the airfield outside Sarajevo in Bosnia. 1995, and Dan “Spider” Shepherd is on active service as a paratrooper in war-torn Sarajevo. Frustrated by the army, when he is tasked with accompanying an SAS patrol in the area, he realises that the SAS is where he belongs.
