Melody Rawlings, EdD, is a business professor, doctoral chair, and director of the Center for the Advancement of Virtual Organizations at Northcentral University. She has led remote teams for ten plus years and is a frequent presenter at international conferences.
Caroline Keeler is a professional actor, writer, and voice artist originally from the Boston area. She currently resides in Los Angeles with her partner and their mischievous Pug pup, Edmond.
