This book has so much info about why we should stretch. It shows all the stretches needed for before and activity and then for after the activity. All the diagrams are easy to follow along with the instructions.

Very good book and easy to follow instructions for each exercise. I also like the different work-outs that you can use for diferent times of the day, ie Morning routine and Bedtime routine, Travelling Stretches and after gardening stretches. There is something in this book for everyone. My back and posture have definitely improved since using this book.
