This material is very specific to the author especially with respect to his unfortunate love life. It reads like a dated account of a man venting in his personal journal, and the writing quality leaves much to be desired. I bought this book to hopefully learn some tools that would assist with my own depression, but sadly this book is useless. It was advertised on an Instagram account which I follow called @realdepressionproject. I’ll do a better job reading reviews on a novel before purchasing based on social media advertising alone in the future.
