Daniel Rung:
With a diverse educational background spanning mathematics, computer science, business law, management, marketing, finance, and accounting, Daniel’s expertise is both broad and deep. His 15-year corporate career included roles as Controller, Chief Financial Officer, and Vice President of Finance for companies with annual sales of $125 million. Daniel’s responsibilities ranged from managing large teams to overseeing all aspects of finance, accounting, and legal matters. His experience includes securing over $20 million in financing and facilitating successful business sales.
Matthew Rung:
Holding a BS in Computer Science from California Polytechnic University San Luis Obispo, Matthew has been immersed in the world of startups since before graduation. His hands on experience includes information technology engineering, website and software development, database and server management, as well as facilities and equipment design, installation and maintenance. His technical engineering background complements Daniel’s financial expertise, creating a well-rounded leadership team.
