Autumn on the Maine coast is stunning, which brings the tourists out in droves. My restaurant, the Little Dog Diner, is teeming with them, thanks to the locally famous fall festival. Usually that's a great thing . . . this year, however, the discovery of a dead body puts a damper on business awfully fast. Emmie Lyn grew up roaming the hills of Connecticut hoping to find Prince Charming charging through the forest on his white stallion. In real life, it didn't work out quite the way she'd imagined. But with words, she discovered how to create stories with mystery, suspense, and romance for everyone to enjoy.
Vanessa Daniels has worked as a professional actress in theater, film, TV, commercials, and voice-over for almost two decades. She holds a BFA in drama from New York University and is a member of SAG-AFTRA and Actors' Equity Association.
