Bill Eddy, the president of High Conflict Institute, is an award-winning author, lawyer, therapist, and mediator. He developed the "High Conflict Personality" theory (HCP Theory) and is an international expert on managing high-conflict disputes.
Megan Hunter is an international speaker and author on the topic of high-conflict relationships. She is cofounder of the High Conflict Institute along with author and speaker, Bill Eddy.
