Not true. All my children were low birth weight. I had terrible migraines all through my childhood. My hair stopped growing, my skin was jaundiced and I always had a belly. I did not get diagnosed with celiac disease until my late 30’s. Sticking to a gluten free diet has changed everything for me. I get sick from cross contamination, let alone eating gluten intentionally. My grandmother had stomach aches her entire life, we think she had it too. This is very irresponsible.

All I can say is I'm not gluten free because it's fun or trendy. Being gf is a really hard thing to do but it's about quality of life. And this quack "PhD" spreading lies is downright shameful. He should have his licenses and degrees revoked. What he's doing is similar to a PhD writing a book saying peanut allergies don't really exist. This book should be removed from the play store. He should not make money from spreading dangerous falsities.

Full of himself and basically discredits the MILLIONS of people with celiac disease and various grain allergies. Not to mention those faddists actually caused us to have labels on food for what's safe and caused the selection of safe foods to increase tenfold or more. I'm no longer relegated to a dusty corner of a health food store to find something resembling food. It's in every store, I can eat in some restaurants even. I can thank trendsetters. But he lumps us together and disparages all.
