But that would be the least of her worries after her brave lieutenant rushes to help an elderly woman in distress. Lucy finds a strange solace in her namesake's ink-stained journal. Though seventy years have passed between them, would their stories have the same ending?

Born in Texas and raised in Oklahoma, Diane Moody is a graduate of Oklahoma State University. She has penned more than a dozen books, including The Runaway Pastor's Wife, The Demise, and Memphis & Me. Diane lives with her husband, Ken, in the rolling hills just outside of Nashville.
