The app used to be decent enough in spite of the bad search system and generally low quality stories bcs its mainly used by teens, but I still found it entertaining enough. Now, however, there are long ads between every chapter and I've even gotten interrupting ads just scrolling through the app and to get rid of them costs too much. They also removed offline library. It's not worth it as a reader and much harder as a writer to get reads on a book since readers get tired quicker and DNF a story.

Updated: dude. One thing I use frequently as a writer are em and en dashes [—] [–], do you know how frustrating it is to load a save and have ALL of them be replaced by regular dashes [-]???? How hard is it to just save them as is?? Can't do anything at this point. Also when are you adding strikethrough text??? Overall, not a very good app for writing. Not much of the writing UI has changed and it's just frustrating to work with in general. There are so much more glitches, too. It's annoying.

It's an okay app if you're wanting to read, a little tired of it recommending stuff I'm not interested in, but not that big of a deal. My main issue is when trying to write a story for absolutely no reason it erases all of my progress just constantly. I save a lot but it still all disappears after a bit. I wrote over 3000 words and when I saved, closed the story, and came back to it later everything was gone except for 70 words. I've had to resort to copying and pasting everything.
