:( I've played this game for 3 months and collected every other Gold photo and only 1 'Happy Friends' photo, and did 6400 levels, but I can only obtain the rest of the Happy Friends by purchasing during the event period, what ever that means!? What is exactly the event period, no-one can say, just 'wait for the update'!? I've stored two gold photos but can not claim them, I have to wait!? Good game, but near the end it's frustrating, you can't get to the end! Oh and only an AI Bot answers you!

Well, support finally responded, and basically nothing has changed. Except asking me to edit my review. So here it is. I would give this game a minus 5 stars since nothing has changed, but there is just more glitches like ghost bubble. Just wasting shots because you shoot and it is 4 rolls short because there is invisible bubbles. So you don't know what colors to use. So special items have to be used and wasted because of the invisible bubbles. Support is still a joke. Happy friends still empty
