The current version is useless to me as i need to write my QID number and account number every time i need to view and pay my bills or plan. Unlike back then, it was very convenient as all i had to do was to choose from the drop-down menu on which plan or sim, and it will outright display my bill. This is of those updates that, instead of going forward, you instead went backwards.

Bad Support. They cut services just by sending sms, whether you are a new customer or customer for 20 years. They can at least have a computer call to inform the due date before disconnecting services. Ooredootv credits are very expensive than before. Channel choice is very limited. The price they charge for few channels per month, other Internet TV providers give unlimited chanmels for 1 year.

After discinnecting my Giga Home + and finishing my whole year subscription. The application is asking me for more 223 QAR for no reason. I made A complaint. They told me it's by mistake. I think they are scamming people. Because some people would just pay the bill thinking they owe ooreedoo money.
