I smoked (a lot) from the age of 13 to 23 and now I've quit for over a month! I didn't have the money to pay for the subscription so I was provided the app for free on request :) I think the video version with all the stock footage might be a bit 'dramatic' for those living outside of the USA, but I can definitely recommend the text based version. It can never hurt to try! Massive thanks to the creators of this program.

This is much more than a Quit Smoking app. It is a full programme that is incredibly effective. I just logged back in as I think I will use some of the ideas behind it to tackle eating more healthily and I see that I have now been free for 771 days. I did the programme 3 times before it fully stuck but after 25 years of smoking, I'm now free for this long. This has been the only thing that has worked like this for me...and I tried everything.

11 days free after 2 years of activitly trying to quit but instead running a cycle of vaping, stopping then smoking then stopping... The cost for the app is only 2 packets of cigarettes and you'll save because you'll never smoke again. It's tedious at times but you've got to keep persistent and take the time to really take every part onboard. Using some more up to date feedback would be good.
