The Florius Advisors Network (FAN) app, you can view mortgage applications in Florius and, like your customer, receive important messages about the request. To use this app, you can activate the app with your existing FAN account. Do not have an account yet? Please contact the Helpdesk via FAN 033 750 4050.

With this app you can:
- view your current customer requests
- view the current status of a mortgage
- parts list and status of rejected inspect the documents
- receive notifications about disapproved pieces

Obviously we do not stop the development of this app. This means that we continue to develop new features. Therefore, keep the release notes in the eye for the latest developments of the app.
