Love it, just wish some of the games operated more smoothly and there's a lot of lag but the games are really fun! :) Edit: After winning I found out shipping is 420 coins for two items so I can't even ship anything anyway because it's $40+ which is absolutely insane. What a waste. If you're from the US, don't install! I guess I'll uninstall now :(

Hi, shipping cost of your shipment is an estimate based on international shipping rates from Indonesia.
If there is an excess, then we will refund the coins to you as you will be using coins to ship your prizes. Actually there is another option for you. You can exchange your dolls to tickets and the tickets can be redeemed with our rewards. ~Lisa

A lot of it is smoke and mirrors. The free coins claw machine is impossible to win. That's because the other "players" are controlled by AI. They loop the same profiles at very fast speeds and position/lower the crane in about two seconds. This is always happening, no matter your time zone. The free coins are a hook. They're designed to get you to regularly open the app on the off-chance you'll get free coins. You never will. They hope you that eventually you'll give up and just buy the coins.

We can assure that we do not use Bots or AI as all users are real people in Wawa. In the future, we are planning to add maximum free coins that users may won on free claw games to give fair chance for all users.

TOP UP Process is too slow! Whenever I've topped up my coins I've had to wait up to 20 minutes before it shows in my account, even though I get the confirmation almost immediately. Today, however, it has been an hour and the coins still haven't been credited. This is a significant issue since I only had time to play an hour ago during lunch. Please fix this ASAP!
