AgRo
Faulty app in several ways: - Lacks features like rating practitioners (or any kind of extra information about the professionals, even though that probably is on purpose). - English language not completely available. - Videocalling is bad: My practitioner, as usual, was late and at some point I left the call and couldn't go back. No info or anything about my appointment afterwards. - I usually get stuck in a loop confirming I'm not a robot.

After 4 years using it, finally I feel confortable. Now I can setup another language on the interface (that was my only concern, but was a really big one). Only need to update the search filter: if I look for doctor working with public insurance, is returning doctors acepting only private. And the appointment created in my calendar (sent by mail), has no details (location, doctor name, etc).

Ay Zu
The app is miserable. None of the filters have any effect on the outcome, and they serve no purpose. Are you publicly insured? Well, you can select the filter and notice that nothing changed whatsoever. Enjoy filtering manually until your eyes fall out. Do you want the most basic of basic filters such as sorting by availability distance or more? Well, too bad you have the choice of available in 1 day which is absolutely no one or available in 3 days which is also no one.
