The customer service was terrible. They charged my monthly subscription a day early, and after I canceled it that same day, they refused to refund my money. They responded after emailing them for 4 days straight. The app itself is just a basic timer for tracking fasting. The recipes are unusual and not made with ingredients you can easily find at a regular grocery store. I’d consider paying $2 a month for this app, but certainly not nearly $40. It’s a complete ripoff.

I like the idea of this, and the timer helps me keep track of when I can eat and when I'm fasting, though I forgot to switch it once, and it didn't record a fast for that day. The journal is frustrating. I can't figure out how it works. Other than that, it's pretty good!

First review I see and is exactly the issue I have. They don't want to do a refund. I downloaded the app, I tried it for 2 weeks, didn't like it, and ditched it, and then the auto-renew kicked in, of course it was a very silent charge, I started a refund claim and "Alex" consistently denied it and offered a One Year Subscription for FREE, I said thank you no thank you and "Alex" is persisting. I will do a Credit Card claim now. The origin of this is a UX Dark Design Pattern. Awfull behavior.
