It doesn't even deserve negative stars. The device is a brick made of cheap plastic. Setup is nightmare on a micro screen remembering the 80's and flimsy keys. The service is non existing sending me from the chat to email asked numerous times for the reason I want to close account. Asking for a refund and a prepaid return label I was told "you can always re-sell it". The best way you can use it is to trash it and forget that you wasted £11 on it. Get yourself a SumUp or Square and enjoy it.

I have been using myPOS now for a number of years, to take card payments for my small business. I have had very little issues / problems and if I have customer service always easy experience. My device works perfect and again rarely any issues taking payment with my carbon machine. All in all very happy with this provider. Ryan

Absolutely not good because it's more than a week ago i got a card reader and still waiting for activate the account so these ppl are not bothered about customers 😕😕😕 i don't no how they are doing when I give them business I'm with someup with my shop and taxi no problem at all. From last Sunday my card reader doesn't accept any cards and I did try to ring the many time no they switched off the phone service so nobody's bothered up to now no one's help me 😭 I don't know what to do 😔
