This photo check of the car every few days is just senseless. I mean it's our personal cars, and we take care of it even if it's a small scratch ourselves. Imposing a photo check is just counterproductive and unnecessary burden every few days. Map prompt after accepting a request is just horribly slow and laggy. Don't have the option to use any other navigation app if you're not comfortable with it.

This app is a dumb app. When you select my area you don't receive any ride notification for many hours. If you work without selecting my area then you'll receive all the rides which have long distance destinations. If we're riding our bike we're unable to hear the notification tone on bike and they decrease your pro rating. Why your app takes so much battery power of cellphone. I've a new mobile phone then too in one time 100% charging it covers only 5 rides. You're really a very very bad app

I have a few issues with the app . 1. I find it extremely unfair how yango decreases your pro level and Penalises drivers for not taking up trips .sometimes you'd have the left the app online and be busy with something else only to find your pro level has been decreased because you didn't accept trips. 2. It's very unfair that yango doesn't show the clients Destinations/ price fare when the trip request is 1st made and due to the 1st reason it forces drivers to accept trips that aren't worth it.
