For a free app and website it is very useful and functional with some great options. The downsides are the minimum order of 200 digital invites for $49 which just feels wasteful and annoying, particularly as you can't design two different invites within that total (like day guest and evening guest). The other downside is the fact the website is extremely unintuitive. It is not easy to find exactly what you want and the layout of the dashboard isn't helpful. It's ok once you're familiar with it.

I've looked through a few of these apps and websites. This one offers the most for free and is so adaptable. It has taken a massive weight off our planning journey not having to pay / send invites via post and also it collates all your response data in a table to wizz off the the venue. You can add / remove as many questions as you like and the FAQ option on the website has been a godsend for us not having to answer the same questions over and over! We love it!

Joy really helped us to streamline the process of our guest list and helped a lot with the planning process. I can't recommend it enough. It's like a free wedding planner in your pocket! Great functionality and so many templates to choose from for invitations. My favourite aspect is the guest list tags, which helps to keep your guestlist organised and ensures you have not forgotten anyone.
