I loved syntaxity's games but this new system of nickel and diming us to death is ridiculous. $3.99 for the game, $.99 for the hints and $.99 to utilize the jump map? I mean cmon. I'd rather pay $5 for the whole game than be manipulated to pay more. Your losing money this way. When I got stuck I used one of the many free walkthroughs online. Finally, let's face it, a 40 minute game is simply not worth the $6 you're trying to squeeze out of us. Give us longer games with better quality and we'll see about spending more money.

Technically, this is a game of a high quality, recommended one from the genre. To me, involvement of Bigfoot in the story does not work. So far, standard stories (lost ship, a treasure, a castle) worked much better than "Bigfoot" or "Enchanted worlds from books" epizodes which mix several settings together in a way opposite to a good story. But if someone only wants to play another puzzle-adventure, then the game is fine.

The first few games were nice and mostly linear. Used to love that, then the games became "too big" and the backtracking was insane: item found at scene 80+ to be used at scene 5. It's fine having a big map if it has many contained areas that don't need to go back to too far, this isn't that, but the map is small enough to make it like the first few games that weren't too big to lose track of what what going on and where. Wish the newer "big" games are small hubs instead of one big thing.
