I have 2 wallets in SMART app. I cannot freeze the amount in SMART or ULTIMA, as it asks for minimum 50 SMART tokens in balance. But when I try to add the tokens to my wallet, it takens me to smartexplorer, where it says no account exists. Also I tried searching through wallet addess, but it says no adress found. Need help

I tried 😡😡😡withdrawing my ultima tokens but the app just took all my smart tokens worth 6 usdt and didn't approve my ultima token withdrawal... This is not funny 😠😠😠 I need my smart tokens back and I demand that my ultima withdrawal be approved... I tried good 5 times and wasted all my smart tokens.., Plus,,, there's no customer service anywhere,,😠

I just have to give 1 star because of the worst experience. If I send a transaction my smart will be deducted but the transaction will not go through. I had to top up smart again and send another transaction but the same thing happened. The worse part is that the network fee in smart is not refunded as my transaction didn't go through
