Great game but their support is awful.i purchased the wrong item so I asked for a refund,explaining what happened. The refund was a success BUT...I thought they would block or ban the character which is fine.but no.they banned my ip adress/account so I can't start a new character on the same or even at a another server.i contacted their support and I need to pay back a refund penalty which was a bit more than the actual refund and through an external official site.for 20€ u lost a pay customer

Auto paths everywhere. Boring. Also, somehow I experienced multi-language NPC and cust scene audio. Very strange to switch constantly between Chinese and the worst English dubs I've heard in quite some time. Definitely a 1 star game at this point.

Extremely bad game, it's exactly like those ads on browser that leads you to those vertical games that just plays on its own in the middle of the game. How it has such a high rating is beyond me
