I have never used an app for a theme park with such a useless map! There is no way to tell at a glance where things are in the park! All you see are trees and the tops of unlabeled buildings. Why in the world would you not make the map in the app resemble the maps posted all over the park? Any theme park map should have the different areas of the park clearly listed, especially when there are no more paper maps. The feature to upload our dining passes worked wonderfully, however.

It keeps getting worse. At first, it was pretty good, but just need more features and polish. However, every revision seems to make it worse. Just like feedback to the park, they seem to take the advice they receive, and do the exact opposite. For instance, Internet in the park is horrible. cell towers are overloaded, and the park is one of the last places on earth without wifi. Yet, they make the map reload over the internet EVERY time you zoom in and out. The map is unusable with bad internet.

Really unhappy, the old app was great. Now you have to search for what you are looking for, re load your passes, I lost all my accumulated points without warning so I can't redeem my free stuff. Also the meal passes don't show up so you can't order ahead. also with newest up date 12/6/24 i can't use mobile ordering with my pass
