So far I have only used it with my 4Ah smart battery and PABSP 20 Li C3 drill. Being able set the maximum discharge current and shut off voltage for the battery is nice. However, the current version shows mV instead of V when in Expert mode. Setting the light-off delay for the drill is nice but useless since the setting reverts to the default 10 seconds when you disconnect the battery. The tools don't have memory inside so the only thing the app is good for is customizing your battery settings.

The app is not very useful. It provides only basic information about the battery which doesn’t add much value. While it allows you to configure the working mode, the selected mode sometimes doesn’t save properly. Additionally, if you turn off Bluetooth on the battery and then turn it back on, you have to re-add the battery to the list of tools. Overall, it’s more trouble than it’s worth. You’re better off using the battery with its factory settings and skipping the app entirely.

For 8Ah batteries it's useless. If I charge 2 batteries at the same time, then it mixes the data from the batteries and shows unreal numbers. But even if I charge only one, the data it shows is wrong and it doesn't update the progress at all.
