Hi..In this app Old ACTIVITIES Befor June 2024 is not Showing. Why its not showing bcos befor its show all old Activities. Please Update and all old Activities. Thanks

Hi, There is a functionality which allows you to set a time duration for the objects to be available and transferred to your device. If that time duration passed, the objects are no longer sent to your device. This can be changed on the backend side. Please check this with your company or ask them to create a SNOW ticket for our support. Thank you!

The worst app ever with lots of horror issues. Last update worked half a day. Since then i'm trying to syncronize at different hours with no effects. Download-ing a lot of data, ERP user is missing, freezing app, consuming a lot of energy from the battery, using a lot of resources - even on a device with 8GB Ram. I tried to use it on 3 different devices : 2 android, 1 ios - wich are using last updates and i cannot use it !!!

Hi Dan, if neither Android nor iOS work, odds are it's related to a configuration issue on your company or - another possibility: The database size. This app is constantly having issues but I am forced to use it for work. With every work order I close out, I have a hard time entering my time in - it always wants to do a AM to PM flip on me. Today's problem is that it automatically updated to a junk version - version 10.3.0, which my IT department told us not to use, but that email came out a little too late. Now, I'm not sure how to go back to the last version.

Hello Timothy, we have contacted your IT department which has informed us, that an email on 18.07.22 communicated to please not yet update, as the release was still being tested by IT. The email was succeeded by another one, about 1 hour later, saying the release can now be used in production, no need to rollback anything.
