The support to customers offered through the app is deplorable. There is no support, just a mix of AI and useless/disinterested staff with no desire to help their customers. I've been a Samsung user for over a decade (phones and TVs) and never needed support. The way they've teat me (and others with the same problem, having read similar feedback) means I've no problem finding another brand that would like my business.

I'm seeing the message: Samsung Members isn't supported in this region (9). I live in Ohio, USA. I've already tried reinstalling the app, logging into my account on the website, and checking the region (which is correct). I don't know what else to do.

Useless, shows issues and nothing else. If I select NO for the question is the picture quality good it just shows thr result that there is issue with the camera, no real fix. What's the point. Useless and doesnt make sense
