Well my review goes down again, I would pass on this app.. I have been a member since 2018 & it's got progressively worst as the years went on. I have been unable to redeem for a gift card for days now, reach out to CS saying something isn't right. I have tried laptop,cellphone & even husband's cell ...their help "Try another device or server..make sure it's the latest software update" that's the only answer they give ..even after explaining done that already x4. Far better apps out there, Next!

It does require a LOT of time on your part, and it can get frustrating to find a survey that is the right fit for you. BUT . . . I have cashed out twice since using this in the past month, which has given me a little bit of extra Christmas money. I downloaded several of these paying survey apps, and this is the only one I use daily.

It's kinda confusing to me but I'm trying to learn all the different things and ways of getting Swagbucks. They really should let you fix something's about yourself if you need to because some stuff is on a fine line or isn't exactly clear in the questions.
