Way too many bots that walk around the map like they're in disneyland. Everybody has the best weapons. When I put my cursor backwards but am walking forward and dash I still dash forward. When I click dash it takes way too long before I actually dash, same with all controls. Rotating while walking always makes you walk in circles and not rotate in place (this is especiallu very annoying.)

The game itself is good. It's unfortunate to be forced to play all game modes until a certain rating. My main issues are how much it costs for a simple skin, weapon, or even opening containers - definitely priced to high for this kind of game. It's frustrating when it prompts that you have a new weapon, but it's just for watching a video to get parts. Also, please get rid of case opening and just make it after hitting a claim you get rewarded, unless it's paid container.

This new "snowdown" event has been awfully disappointing! It's like the only game mode available for the next 20days! Why would you incorporate this game mode into the "All mode" rotation when there is already a separate mode exclusively for it!? Especially with such a high ratio. 4 out of every 5 rounds I play is nothing but "snowdown". I have no choice now but to not play this game at all until the event is over. Take it out of the "All mode" rotation plz!

Apologies if the game didn’t live up to your expectations. Your feedback will be taken into account. We have indeed added the SNOWDOWN mode to the general rotation, but no other game modes have been removed.
What’s new
In this update, we've fixed some bugs and improved stability a bit. Now the game will be even more fun and engaging.
By the way, this is the last patch of the year. It's coming out a little early because we've already prepared something special to keep you entertained after the winter event wraps up. Operation GRAND: Boot Camp is the perfect way to kick off the new year and level up your skills!
