the App does what is requested it had one major flauw. as the exit button is hidden nor normally one would use the back or TV button on the remote it reserves/ occupies the TV memory. and eventualy hinging the TV, it will slow down the operation of the TV in general. the only way out is unplugging the TV and do a hard reset. meaning the whole setup needs to be redone. in the normal OS world this is known issue. this is simple programming issue. easily sovable by calling the right api. it disqualifies. this is a issue with my Sony android TV. i expect it will occur with different brands in a similar manner.

Hello Netflix, The app is awesome on the Google TV. The only issue I have is there is no option change (increase/decrease) the playback speed like your phone app. I don't know if it is because I have the ad-supported plan though that feature should be available with all the plans. Please add the feature on your TV app for all plans. Thanks,

Unusably bad on my TV. Crashes on every launch, can't even Chromecast to the TV because it relies upon the broken TV app. I have to force stop the app before launch every time I want to use it. It's been over a year with no fix. I'm ending my contract next time it renews.
